1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active we368 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed if detected. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time verification codes. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
• You must notify we368 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. we368 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• we368 may, from time to time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include providing a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

we368 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to closing such an account, we368 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at the contact details registered on the account. Any balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be subject to an administration fee as notified at the time of closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on we368 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). we368 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing time will be communicated within the we368 account portal. we368 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your we368 account balance upon confirmation of the wallet transaction. we368 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or mobile carrier issues.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified under the account holder's name. we368 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets belonging to third parties. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• we368 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. If a user has outstanding unmet wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, we368 may withhold withdrawal of the bonus portion until those requirements are satisfied.

All funds held in a we368 account are player funds and are not used for we368 operational purposes. In the event of account closure, we368 will return any uncontested balance to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

we368 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by we368 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts and are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, the bonus portion of the balance may not be withdrawn.

we368 actively monitors for prohibited activity using a combination of automated detection systems and manual review. Accounts flagged for investigation may have their withdrawal privileges temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the review. we368 is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for initiating an investigation to the account under review.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

we368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; we368 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; we368 reasonably suspects that the account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; or the account holder has engaged in conduct that we368 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

A user may close their own we368 account at any time by contacting we368 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance. Voluntary account closure does not release the user from any obligations arising under these terms prior to the date of closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the we368 platform — including but not limited to the we368 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game content provided by third-party studios — is the property of we368 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
